LUMA’s prenatal class is designed to support you through every stage of pregnancy with movement, guided breath work, nervous system support, and intentional rest in a safe, supportive environment. No prior experience is needed — just come as you are. Leave feeling more grounded, connected to your body, and supported in your pregnancy journey.
Where to Find Us
We’re located between Little Italy and Bankers Hill at the bottom of Laurel Street near the 5 freeway.
Our entrance is on West Maple Street just past Saffron and Sage

This class is designed to support women through every stage of pregnancy with gentle, low-impact movement and breathwork. However, every pregnancy is different, so we recommend checking with your healthcare provider before attending if you have any medical concerns or restrictions.

Feel free to bring a mat and water bottle, but we have a water station and free mats to borrow, so also feel free to just show up!

Street parking is available on State St., Maple St. and Laurel St., Arroyo Dr.
Laurel Street is a staff favorite for parking since you get amazing views and an added workout with the hill ;)

Not at all. This class is beginner-friendly and created to meet you where you are. Whether this is your first class or you’ve had a regular movement practice, modifications and support will be offered throughout the experience.
