  • Slow is our yin-inspired practice—unhurried, grounding, and spacious. You’ll settle into long-held postures that release tension, calm the nervous system, and invite deep presence, closing with a nourishing savasana that leaves you rested and restored.

  • Our Mama and Mommy & Me classes offer restorative, steady movement designed to help you reconnect with your body, stay present, and move with ease. These sessions create space to breathe, reset, and feel supported in a season that asks a lot of you—without pressure, judgment, or perfection.
