We offer a range of classes for beginners to advanced practitioners. All of our classes focus on nervous system regulation and try to support you through the everyday stressors of life :)

If you’re pregnant, recovering from an injury, or need special accommodations, please let us know before class so we can best support you. We offer modifications whenever possible, but participation is always at your own comfort level. We recommend checking with your healthcare provider before attending if you have any medical concerns.

Feel free to bring a mat and water bottle, but we have a water station and free mats to borrow, so also feel free to just show up!

Our entrance is on West Maple Street just past Saffron and Sage

Street parking is available on State St., Maple St. and Laurel St., Arroyo Dr.
Laurel Street is a staff favorite for parking since you get amazing views and an added workout with the hill ;)
