Flow Classes

Flow are our vinyasa class—starting grounded, building into a dynamic breath-led sequence, then easing into a restorative cool down and spacious savasana. A balanced mix of energy and ease that leaves you centered and renewed.
Slow classes

Yin is our yin/restore-inspired class—unhurried, grounding, and spacious. You’ll settle into long-held postures that release tension, calm the nervous system, and invite deep presence, closing with a nourishing savasana that leaves you rested and restored.

Slow & Breath is part slow flow and part breath-work class. First you can expect an intentional and slower paced flow class with longer holds and more grounding postures. Next you’ll be introduced to versatile approaches to breathing to help calm the nervous system and reset.

High-Low combines vinyasa flow and yin/restorative. Expect the first portion of class to be a fluid and traditional flow class. Then slow down and get grounded with the second half with yin and restorative postures offered.
Mama & Mommy and Me classes

Our Mama classes offer restorative, steady movement designed to help you reconnect with your body, stay present, and move with ease. These sessions create space to breathe, reset, and feel supported in a season that asks a lot of you—without pressure, judgment, or perfection.

Our Mama and Me classes our designed to help moms get back on the mat with their new little one in tow. Bring your new little ones (non-mobile i.e. crawling, walking) for a soft vinyasa flow with plenty of baby time incorporated into the flow.
